Connecting Biomedical Innovation With Global Opportunity
NGBiologics Institute is an independent nonprofit organization connecting promising biomedical technologies with investors, industry partners, institutions, and opportunities across international markets.
Biomedical innovation increasingly moves across borders. Technologies developed within one university, research institution, biotechnology company, or startup may have significant potential in markets far beyond the networks in which they originated.
NGB helps create those pathways.
Our platform brings together technology owners, biotechnology companies, research institutions, investors, healthcare organizations, commercial partners, and strategic stakeholders around biomedical technologies moving toward clinical, commercial, and broader market application.
Strong Science Deserves a Global Opportunity
Breakthrough technologies are developed every day across universities, research institutions, biotechnology companies, startups, and specialized laboratories.
Turning that innovation into real-world impact requires more than scientific progress.
It requires visibility.
It requires the right capital, licensing relationships, commercial partners, healthcare organizations, institutions, and market connections.
And increasingly, it requires the ability to identify opportunities beyond a technology’s country of origin.
NGB connects biomedical innovation with organizations and markets capable of helping it move forward.
We create visibility for promising technologies and help expand the network of organizations that can discover, evaluate, and engage with them.

3. Products, Technologies & Professional Access
AIA’s catalogues include peptides and related compounds, cellular products, exosomes, and other extracellular vesicle platforms. These category descriptions do not establish that any particular product is available for sale or authorized for clinical use.
This link is provided for licensed healthcare professionals, researchers, and qualified organizations seeking further information from AIA. Product identity, manufacturer, specifications, intended use, supporting documentation, regulatory status, purchaser eligibility, and current availability require product-specific review.
Any offer, sale, importation, distribution, or use must comply with the product’s regulatory classification, applicable labeling, required authorizations, and the laws of the relevant jurisdictions. Materials designated for research use only must not be represented as authorized for clinical use. Investigational status does not establish general marketing approval.
The AIA link provides access to a separate commercial website. It does not constitute NGB certification of product approval, safety, effectiveness, or suitability for clinical use. Professional access alone does not authorize purchase or clinical use. Payments to AIA for goods or services are commercial payments, not charitable contributions to NGB.
4. Written Agreements & Defined Authority
Participation in an NGB-related commercial project is subject to separate written agreements defining the parties, scope, financial terms, intellectual-property rights, and respective obligations. Any use of NGB’s name, resources, or intellectual property requires appropriate authorization.
Network participation, scientific affiliation, or a website link alone does not establish a commercial engagement, grant intellectual-property rights, or authorize one organization to represent or bind another.
5. Governance & Responsible Stewardship
NGB’s collaboration framework requires a documented connection to its nonprofit mission, fair and reasonable terms, appropriate authorization, and disclosure and management of actual or potential conflicts of interest. Transactions involving a financial conflict require review by persons without that conflict and recusal of the interested person from the approval decision.
The framework requires separately identifiable funds, financial records, and contractual obligations, with appropriate allocation of shared costs. NGB’s resources and any revenue it receives remain subject to its nonprofit purposes, applicable donor restrictions, and tax obligations. Arrangements must not confer prohibited private benefits or divert nonprofit assets for personal gain.
6. Regulatory Status & External Information
Scientific collaboration, catalogue inclusion, and references to a laboratory or manufacturing network do not establish regulatory approval or lawful clinical use. Facility registration, an FDA Establishment Identifier (FEI), ISO certification, and certificates of analysis are not substitutes for required product authorizations or evidence supporting specific safety and effectiveness claims.
Approval of a medicine containing the same ingredient, or of another manufacturer’s product, does not establish approval of a product offered by AIA. Catalogue specifications and statements that documentation is available are not independent verification by NGB of a particular product or batch.
The external AIA website has its own content, access requirements, and terms. Nothing in this disclosure replaces applicable law, product labeling, required authorizations, or the parties’ written agreements.
